Stephen Dynako Biography
Stephen Dynako has been in a quest to integrate his deep professional experience with his desire to serve for the benefit of humanity. He is a strategic innovator and seasoned professional within a background in finance, technology, and mass media. During his expansive 30-year career, Stephen has performed in various leadership, management, and advisory positions in large organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.
Stephen is an Impact Partner with Raise Green, a crowdfunding platform for climate-solution-focused companies. Raise Green democratizes climate impact investing by making its offerings available to everyday investors for as little as $100.
Formerly, Stephen was director of programming for Shift/Co, a public benefit corporation whose vision is to elevate business to shift humanity. He advocates for eco-conscious businesses, having previously served as program director of the Conscious Business Innerprise training and certification program offered by Humanity’s Team. Stephen also co-produced the 2019 Conscious Business World Summit and the 2020 Building the New World Summit with the Oracle Institute. He also is an independent financial advisor.
In the realm of spirituality and service, Stephen partnered with legendary futurist Barbara Marx Hubbard in 2019 to offer classes in Conscious Evolution. These would be Barbara’s final programs, making Stephen one of her last co-creators.
Stephen has been a regular speaker at Unity churches in the greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana areas and served as a Unity lay chaplain. He interned as a hospital chaplain at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling plus a Bachelor’s in Communications from Loyola University in Chicago. Since 2012, Stephen has provided spiritual counseling to individuals, and in 2023 he became a member of the Oracle Temple Council.
Through his varied professional experiences in business, ministry, education, and social architecture, Stephen believes that humanity is now ready to get radical about making love our collective priority. Today, his work is focused on making Conscious Evolution a mainstream practice.

I had the deep honor of working with the late Barbara Marx Hubbard to co-create the final program of her earthly life in 2019. The Evolutionary Ambassador Academy was designed to actualize participants' creative potential in the world and accelerate their personal evolutionary power. Barbara and I prepared the Ambassadors to boldly apply the principles of conscious evolution in a most practical way through their purposeful work, as directed by their own evolutionary impulse.
