I help people build the courage to face doubt and unburden themselves of fear. I believe that you possess the inner resources to live a happy, healthy, and functional life. Even if you subscribe to the popular notion of “toughing it out,” you may find different approaches are important during times of intensified stress, significant life changes or turmoil.
As my client, you will be compassionately heard, be free to integrate new awareness as is best for you, and become well prepared to chart your course to a more joyful and fulfilling future. Because I take a relational approach to this work. I am interested in and respectful of who you are as a unique person.
In helping to facilitate your process of self-awareness and healing, I regard myself as having power with you instead of power over you. I believe courage building is best done as a collaborative effort and not a directive one.
